The pulseroll is a great and powerful product that I'm very happy with.
I did however get an unexpected charge from the carrier for the import taxes (UK-> NL), which I didn't realize I'd have to pay. Should really be advertised on the site clearer that there will be an additional 20% import cost if you ship to the EU.

Firstly I’d like to say how amazing the PulseRoll products are, I was sceptical and then concerned about the price when I first saw the products at an equestrian event - the results were amazing so I then thought I’d ask how much and was pleasantly surprised so I purchased the massage gun ( fantastic investment) unfortunately I misplaced the charger but luckily the company stock all the accessories required and posted out for next day delivery

I bought a pulse roll mini massage gun for my husband as a gift for Christmas.
Delivery was very speedy and he is thrilled with it!! Excellent quality and lots of different functions. He is a gym goer so will benefit tremendously from the device. I first saw this machine on display in a local gym and I was impressed with it from the start. I am a physiotherapist and I feel it is an ideal instrument to assist in muscle priming prior to exercise and also post recovery workouts alongside helping the healing process post muscle injury. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I called pulse roll after I lost my charger for my Pulse ball . They were very helpful on the phon w and a new charger was despatchex to me which arrived the next day . Very helpful , good informative website and the massager is still working perfectly after 5 years

Excellent service and mini massage gun arrived the day after ordering. It is amazing and has significantly helped my Son's acute abdominal trapped nerve pain. He has been in severe pain for 3 months and had ended up in a wheelchair, now he is almost pain free! It's a miracle! Thank you!

I ordered a Pro Massage Gun on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday so you can't do better than that. I have tried it and the improvement in my calve muscles was much more than I was expecting. Still a long way to go but so far so good. The quality seems excellent and I could not be any more pleased.

The service I received was excelent, They were very helpful and resolved my issue within a few days.

First order via Amazon, stopped working after 7 months. Returned for quick refund. I now have replaced via Companies own web site. Prompt delivery, well packaged. Lets see how long this lasts. The product itself is a beast and does what it says on the box.

My current experience was purely a sales transaction with minimal intervention. I have reservations on product quality as the last pulseroll I purchased failed and deemed unrepairable after only 15 months life with below average use
